Long Grain Co Ltd (LGC) is a privately held company incorporated in Cambodia. The company was founded in 2011 by a group of individuals with the aim to modernise and expand Cambodia's indigenous rice milling industry to process the country’s high quality rice paddy produce.

In 2012 LGC commenced the construction of the first of many state-of-the-art rice milling lines it has planned for Cambodia. With an annual production capacity of 70,000 metric tonnes the first production lines represent the foundation blocks of LGC’s multi-phase investment strategy and deep-rooted commitment to the country. Significantly larger milling lines are planned for commissioning by mid 2016.

LGC is entirely funded by its promoters with an initial investment of US $20 million. With long and successful backgrounds in manufacturing, engineering, real estate, beverages and retail the promoters of LGC wish to bring their knowledge, experience and funds to Cambodia in what they believe is a great country with huge opportunities to work with locals and create benefits for everyone.
