Techno Design & Construction Co., Ltd.
Techno Design & Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as TDC) is an Cambodia-Owned Construction Company registered locally under the prevailing laws of the Royal Cambodian Government, since 2009, which intent to cater for the growing opportunity in the construction industry brought about by the political stability in the country.

Our Start

TDC derived from a small group of experienced people created by Senior Technician Mr. Kaing Chea kong, since 1988. This group started to construct several apartments in Phnom Penh. Then, the service expand to provinces: Kompong Speu, Prey Veng, Kompong Cham, Siem Reap, Sihanoukville…, for the construction of villas, offices, schools, pipe culverts & box culverts, garment factory buildings, public buildings, etc. In 2009, the group registered to the government under the name“ Techno Design & Construction Co., Ltd.” and nominated Dr. Kaing Sao Serey as the Chairman and CEO, after he graduated his PhD degree in the field of Civil Engineering in France.

The company aims to be a part of the development of this country by rendering services in the scope of Quality, Economy and Esthetic. Which mean, the company’s intention is to execute any job in a reasonable cost with high acceptability of workmanship by adopting internationally accepted standard/codes and construction methods as well as its timely completion.
