Duties:

• follow up order start from development till shipment  
• Request Development sample and bulk production 
• Follow up with Buyer, supplier and Production. 
• Arrangement request sample 
• Approval Sample 
• Approval Trim Card 
• Update size breakdown in system  
• Up load buyer PO in system  
• Follow Up T&A (Eta of Fabric …..) 
• Follow up PMS (As: Cut and Sewing plan …..) 
• Check approved sample against production article description 
• Arrangement request YY and Bill of martial consumption fabric 
• Follow up Sample Development and Bulk Production. 
• execute sewing trims purchasing flow to create and issue sewing         
• trims/materials PO in ERP/ I apparel Ezi system   
• To use packaging material calculator to calculate the BOM require accordingly to customer's need 
• Work TNA with production and buyer  
• update weekly WIP report to buyer  
• Arrangement Invoice and PO to Accounting for payment. 
• Issue Manufacturing instruction and QA File to production.  
• Booking Final Inspection
