IT Support (250$ - 500$)

·         Install, setup, Configuration Computer Window Server Local Area Network.

·         Provide technical assistance support incoming queries issues to computer.

·         Respond queries either person, over phone, via live chat.

·         Maintain daily  of computer/Printer/Scanner/CCTV/Access Door/Finger Print

·         Troubleshoot Internet, e-mail, networks,  applications  head  and branches

·         Provide problem-solving staff’s software hardware.

·         Install, modify, repair computer hardware software.

·         Run diagnostic programs resolved problems.

·         Install computer peripherals  users

·         Follow up staff ensure issue has been resolved.

·         Receive  follow further instruction  IT Team Lead

·         Be able to support all branch in Phnom Penh

·         Bachelor Computer Science/IT at least 4 student field.

·         Knowledge  TCP/IP, WAN, LAN, DNS Networking, Cisco Router  Switch

·         Experience IT Work such installation Network, Computer Maintenance.

·         Knowledge Window Server 2012 R2 Linux OS better.

·         Understand DNS/DHCP/Domain Controller/ Wireless/Cabling

·         Be able  configure network  Maintenance network

·         Applicants must  willing  work  a shifting schedule include weekend

·         Fresh graduated students  welcome  apply

·         Good Hardware Software repairing.

·         Good  communication, initiative,  problem solving

·         Good speaking writing Khmer, English.
