N.C.X CO., LTD. is a leading company in the motorcycle industry, employing more than 1,200 employees. Due to the rapid growth and expansion of our business, we are now seeking a qualified and dynamic candidate to hold the position of Marketing Supervisor.

-    Assist in developing marketing strategies in order to enhance the market share of the company,

-    Classify and analyze the customer behavior and feedback,

-    Strengthen brand awareness through handling a whole process of advertisement of the company,

-    Conduct market and price survey in order to come up with idea to produce an effective promotion campaigns,

-    Assist manager in developing marketing materials, policy, plan and process,

-    Execute the plan and monitor result against the plan,

-    Coach and follow up working result of teammates,

-    Report marketing activities and PDCA to top management,

-    Develop and control budget plan for the department when required by the manager and

-    Communicate with marketing members and other related departments in order to share information and collaborate with each other.

- Bachelor of Sales, Marketing or other related fields,

- At least 3 years experiencing in Marketing,

- Good communication and interpersonal skills,

- Good in English both speaking and writing,

- Good in computer on Ms. Word & Excel, Power Point, Email and/or social media and

- Be able work under pressure.
