Phnom Penh Honda Co., Ltd is authorized dealer of HONDA Automobile in Cambodia. With its business expansion, the company is currently seeking a qualified, dynamic and experienced candidate for holding the position of Service Adviser.

- Welcome customers come to the service center in order to confirm with them on what we can serve,

- Provide the technical consultant with customers on their vehicles issues and maintenance,

- Process repairing document following the company policy,

- Handle customer complaints,

- Follow up repairing process with the Technician and confirm to the customers,

- Advice customers on the routine maintenance on their vehicles, additional spare parts changing, self-basic maintenance,

- Post services follow up with the customers &

- Create customer profiles and keep updating.

- Bachelor Degree/ High Diploma of Automotive Mechanical or other related fields,

- At least one year experience related to automotive repairing/adviser, or repairing,

- Good communication and interpersonal skills,

- Good in English both speaking and writing,

- Knowledge of Computer in Ms. Word & Excel, Power Point and Internet and Email and

- Hard working and honest,

- Positive thinking manner and

- Be high responsible, result-oriented, active, proactive and enthusiastic.
