TMS Coordinator

Cambodian Broadcasting Service (CBS) operates 4 stations CTN, MYTV, CNC and CTN International delivering high-quality international and locally produced programming to every Cambodian household. CTN is currently rated the best Cambodian television station with the largest audience base, and also delivers service to the Khmer community living in the United States via DTH TV as well as Australia and Canada. Currently we are looking for young and dynamic individual to fulfill the following position. 

• Making/checking travel & hotel arrangements for artists
• Coordinating artist requirements to clients
• Ensuring artist tech rider requirements are met
• Collecting payments due to the artist (Down payments and full payments prior to artists appearances on events)
• Responsible in implementing the artist schedule/calendar of activities
• Joining artists in all events (appearances and guesting)
• Monitor Artists write ups and social media postings
• Keeps copies of artists payment receivables
• Maintaining good relations with clients during artists attendance in events

• BA of Management or another related fields
• Experience related to artist is encouraged to apply
• Good command of English communication
• Proficient in MS Office (word, excel, power point)
• Good at communication and interpersonal skill
• Strong problem-solving skill
• Willing to work on weekend, holiday and travel to provinces
