With prosperous growth, company is looking for 5 potential candidates to fill in the position of Sales Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence

·         Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

·         Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

·         Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

·         Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

·         Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

REQUIREMENT

1.      Bachelors or master degree in business administration or a related field

2.      Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

3.      Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

4.      Strong business sense and industry expertise

5.      Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Starting salaries are negotiable and will depend on experience.
