Senior C#/.Net Developer performs the following duties: 
- Contribute to an extensive software platform dedicated to workflow modeling and automation 
- Ensure the quality of the software by correcting reported issues 
- Ensure the proper delivery of the software to the end-users 
- Propose and implement engineering practices and processes

- 3+ years of experience in C#/.Net development 
- 2+ years of experience in server-side development 
- Knowledge on Windows Installers (WiX Toolset, Inno Setup…) 
- Experience with collaboration tools (CVS, Git…) 
- Ability to quickly adapt and take on new challenges 
- Capable of writing maintainable code 
- Experience with performance optimization and code refactoring 
- Understanding software architecture in order to provide improvements 
- Solid English speaking and writing

+ Additional Skill 
- Experience with Agile methodologies 
- Willingness to learn from peers, and to spread the knowledge by teaching others 
- Knowledge on database management (MS SQL, Oracle…) 
- Experience with Test Driven Development is a plus 
- Excellent communication, with management and team members 
- Passionate about development and new processes
