In respond to this growth, we need young, energic, talent and challenge to support and growth with us. Therefore join now for out standing vacancy of Internal Audit Officer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.  Internal Auditing

* Formulating the design and execution of audit plans for Operation Department.

* Carrying out regular risk assessment and advice the management on the risks exposure and practical strategies to minimize risks and losses.

* Reviewing and appraising the adequacy, effectiveness and proper application of accounting and financial controls.

* Constituting internal audit and preparing audit plans

* Make recommendations to financial management about software and policies

* Improve customer care by initiating improvements to the financial control and auditing process.

* Participating in other senior management activities including development and implementation of institutional strategic objectives.

2. Cost control

* Recording of food and beverage costs

* Adhering to all cost control procedures

* Operational revenue and cost audits

* Reviews purchasing procedures for all items

* Ensures compliance with documentation/ authorization processes

* Processes inventory accruals

* Monitor inventories of Food & Beverage to decrease inventory turnover

* Participates in month end reporting procedures in relation to stock.

3. Training & Development

* Identify training and development needs within Operation need (Accounting Part) and regular consultation with Operation Manager, Finance Manager and HR Department.

* Design and expand training and development program based on the needs Shop Managers that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in Kewin Management.

* Develop effective induction programs, conduct appraisals, devise individual learning plans, and produce training materials for in-house courses related to Operational Cost and Internal Audit.

* Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers, ensure that statutory training requirements are met.

* Evaluate training and development program, amend and revise as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment

4. Ad-hoc Tasks

* Monthly payroll check 

* Provide support to both shop managers and cashiers, especially new comers

* Monthly financial report and progress check

* Other task as assigned by Operation Manager and Head Office Finance

REQUIREMENT

·         Bachelor’s degree in related field of study

·         2 – 3 years of experiences in Accounting

·         Ability to focus on the designed end goals of the organization

·         Excellent skills in time management

·         Ability to beat deadlines and to also perform multiple tasks at the same time

·         Ability to work as team player

·         Strong drive towards fulfillment of company’s goals

·         Willingness to take calculated risks

·         High level of integrity and probity

·         Ability to relate freely with other members of staff, both up and down the ladder
