- Plan and implement program in line with the school framework and philosophy

- Intentional teaching that observes, supports and reflects on children’s learning and developmental needs

-Maintain records of children's development and learning needs

-Prepare progress reports and portfolio per semester

-Foster respectful communication with parents via e-mail, communication book and PTC

-Work with teacher assistants to maintain school resources and environment and ensure children are supervised at all times

-Attend all staff meeting and professional development

- Strong command of the English language

- Commitment to personal and profession growth as an educator

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in early childhood education/teaching

- At least one-year experience working with young children
