Primary Tasks:

• Manage telephone calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills.
• Receive and respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries

Secondary tasks:

• Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns immediately
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
• Maintain customer relationship
• Professionally represent the company’s in serving customers
• Other tasks assigned by team management

• Ability to persuade and influence others
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames
• High sense of urgency
• Team player and quick learner
• Good computer knowledge with proficiency in relevant functions
