Call Center Officer

Location:     Phnom Penh     (05 positions)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handles customer complaints and enquiries
  • Keeps customers informed about Cellcard’s products, services and promotions
  • Provides good services to customers
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

  • University or fresh graduate students are highly encouraged
  • Experienced in Call Center, Sales and Marketing is an advantage
  • Computer literacy (Ms. Office)
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English
  • Able to work independent and under time pressure
