Call Center Officer
Location: Phnom Penh (05 positions)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handles customer complaints and enquiries
- Keeps customers informed about Cellcard’s products, services and promotions
- Provides good services to customers
- Performs other tasks as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- University or fresh graduate students are highly encouraged
- Experienced in Call Center, Sales and Marketing is an advantage
- Computer literacy (Ms. Office)
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
- Able to work independent and under time pressure
