Regarding to my experience, I have learned with my high level of hospitality skills nearly 6 years experiences working in front office department as a Receptionist, Reservation officer and also I worked as a Front Office Supervisor has helped me achieve a strong communication and reflect my diligence to success in front office has provided me with theories and practical ability as a sharp analytical knowledge how hotel products can meet the needs of regular and prospective clients. In addition, the valuable experience that I have gained in promotion, sales, marketing, (OTA) Online Travel Agents, and Front Office operation would help me to use that information effectively.

Currently, I am based in The Clay D'Angkor Boutique Villa and I am accountable and responsible for all in operations. In addition, I am working closely and adhesively with all HoDs and Central E-commerce ( Online Sales Team) and Sales & marketing team compiled all strategies for selling package with own website and all OTAs sites to reach budget in order to ensure that all HoDs are carrying out their tasks successfully in their areas and go beyond the guests expectations.

• Develop an online business strategy in collaboration with product and marketing for Hotel.
• Full management of online web control for the hotel, resorts either own hotel website, online B2C or B2B.
• Set up the products the company will offer online, price and policies
• Keep up to date with Web technology, introducing additional functionality, such as product videos, to enhance the site.
• Administer an effective website strategy, develop and maintain the effective relationship with all web designer, website developer and content provider such as copywriters and photographers to increase or improve the e-commerce site.
• Work out with payment providers to develop payment mechanisms that are ensure and that protect customers personal details when they pay by debit or credit card
• Check site content and systems regularly to ensure that they are working properly. Update prices and product information, adding new products or removing products that are no longer available
• Monitor site metrics, such as time for Web pages to load, total numbers of site visitors, and visitors by product or page
• Analyze the information and recommend changes to improve performance.
• Compilation of report, activity plans, customer reviews on all online companies and the like relating to the position
• Identify products that took increased revenue following a promotion, or products where sales declined following a price increase.
• May work with marketing colleagues to create campaigns that improve search engine rankings, increase traffic to the site and strengthen customer loyalty.
• Implement all social media strategies, marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Annual Department budget and cost control initiatives
• To attend sales planning meeting and present information
• Develop a contact list and maintain the relationship with those entities on the list with regular follow up and information regarding promotional activity within the hotel.
