● Conduct budget plan in complying with strategic plan of company;
● Management of all payment and procurement processes throughout the company
● Experience with logistic and procurement process management from oversea;
● Office management to ensure all administrative processes in office are organized and in good condition;
● Keep control of all expense processes;
● Management of all maintenance processes such as all company’s vehicles, Air-cons, office building and office equipment to ensure that they are in good condition;
● Manage and control Stock of Inventory of company and assets management;
● Consultation and provision of all possible solutions/ideas to managements and subordinators for solving problems within Administration Department as well as other departments throughout the company.
● Management of the implementation of Internal Regulation of Company;
● Management of all processes of Human Resource’s duties such as staff’s recruitment, official documents for new staffs, resigned staff, promotion, demotion, & warning letter, work permit, employment book and Cambodian’s Visa for expat staffs, staffs’ insurance, filling staffs’ profile and others HR processes;
● Key communicator between internal and external sector for any matters related to company;
● Management of staff’s function such as annual party and other activities;
● Public relation by working closely with government authorities for instant specialize in new business registration and other related paper works with Ministry of commerce, tax department, & EDC.
