  • From sampling to shipment follow-up.
  • Work with supplier's sampling process and status weekly.
  • Stabilize products category vide Weekly Order review and trouble shooter report. Get our attention in case of a delay and shortage.

  • Focus on Efficiency, Mail Communication, Simplification of Work Load internally and voice out areas for improvement on monthly basis.

  • Share best practice within and across the team to enhance team performance.
  • Complete surveys in an honest and timely manner.
  • Cross functional collaboration, reaching out to the business partners.
  • Identifying the root causes of events that lead to spoilage is vital. The clearer and fuller of picture, the more organization can do to lessen the loss.
  • Trouble shooter report and focus on solution within that working week.
  • Weekly order status review basis.
  • Monitor submission/approvals to be on time from merchant team and voice out concern on delivery immediately.
  • Robust handover analysis and voice out concerns immediately.
  • Risk assessment meeting on weekly basic with Quality Team for problematic and new suppliers.
  • Address concern/delays with supplier proactively and apply delay reason appropriately/timely.
  • Identify the areas for improvement address it with suppliers/engage them on monthly basis.
  • Weekly factories visit and address concern proactively with suppliers.
  • Reached awareness and visits with suppliers. Act interaction and leads between suppliers and inspection center to ensure achieve on time delivery.
  • Put projects that advance the organization’s mission high on my priorities list. Make decisions about where to invest my time based on the strategic goals of the company.
  • Actively engage others in discussions about the company's vision and values and how they can be leveraged to drive the company forward.
